Welcome to Youte, we are delighted to have you as our valued customer. Before you embark on an unforgettable journey with us, please read and understand the following Terms and Conditions that govern our services. 

These Terms and Conditions form a binding contract between Youte Ltd ‘’Youte’’ and the ‘’Participant’’.

Definitions:

  • ‘’Youte’’ may refer to the travel company organizing the trip.
  • ‘’Trip’’ refers to the travel package organized and provided by ‘’Youte’’.
  • “Party” or “Parties” may individually refer to “Youte” or the “Participant” and “Participants” collectively, denoting all parties together.
  • ‘’Itinerary” refers to a detailed plan or schedule of events, activities, and destinations that are part of a ‘’trip’’.
  • “Travel Partner” refers to the third-party company appointed by ‘’Youte” to handle transportation, accommodation, and/or ground operations.
  • “USD” represents the currency United States Dollars only.
  1. Booking and Payments:

  1.1. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

 1.2. Payment methods will be denoted at the time of checkout when completing the booking process.

 1.3. Each participant shall be between 18 – 40 years of age and should meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the concerned trip. Participants under 18 years of age will be considered as Minor and must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

1.4 All prices are in USD (United States Dollars), inclusive of taxes and fees unless specified otherwise.

1.5 The participants shall disclose any conditions, disabilities, or impairments that may affect their participation in the concerned “Trip’’. Youte shall not be held liable for any undisclosed conditions that may impact participants during the designated trip.

1.6 Every participant is required to carefully read and fully understood all the terms and conditions of the “Trip’’. It is better to have obtained a written agreement and compliance from each “Participant” regarding these terms, and all parties are in complete agreement to abide by them.

1.7 Upon acceptance of the application for the trip from Youte, the participant must make the full payment in cleared funds and send the participant’s travel tickets to Youte via email to secure their participation in the trip. Failure to make the payment within ten (10) days of Youte’s acceptance will result in automatic cancellation of the Application, rendering it null and void.

1.8 Any additional services may be provided upon Your request and shall be subject to prior written agreement between the parties regarding associated costs.

  1. Cancellation and Refund policy:

2.1. Cancellation policies may vary as per the concerned trip. Please refer to the specific travel package details for cancellation terms.

2.2. In the event of trip cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule the the trip. Youte will not be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for any additional costs incurred by the participant.

2.3 Regardless of the Cancellation policy pertaining to the concerned ‘’program’’, the deposit fees will remain non-refundable.

  1. Force Majeure:

3.1 Youte shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or alteration of tours due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes.

  1. Itinerary Changes:

 4.1 While we strive to follow the planned itinerary, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary with equivalent alternatives.

 4.2. Any additional costs incurred due to itinerary changes, such as accommodation or transportation, will be the responsibility of the participant.

  1. Travel Documents:

  5.1. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification, are valid and up to date.

  5.2. Youte will not be liable for any issues arising from expired travel documents or any last-minute hold up that may occur.

  1. Health, Safety and Insurance:

6.1. It is highly recommended that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance before embarking on your tour.

6.2 Some of our trips may involve physical activities, which require a certain level of fitness. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically capable of participating in the activities pertaining to the itinerary of the concerned trip. If you have any doubts about the content of your experience, please discuss your needs with us before booking.

6.3 Youte, at its discretion, reserves the right to cancel your reservation and get a refund of the money you have paid, less any non-refundable costs, if it is deemed that you are not suitable for the booked experience.

6.4 For safety purposes, any changes in the contact information or emergency contact information of the participant shall be notified to Youte within twenty-four (24) hours of such changes.

6.5 Pertaining to the itinerary and/or individual safety terms relating to each trip, the recommended safety gear or other required items will be responsibility of the participant.

  1. Behaviour and Conduct:

 7.1. You are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow participants, tour guides, locals, and the environment.

  7.2. Any disruptive or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of your tour without refund.

  1. Complaints and Feedback:

  8.1. If you encounter any issues during the tour, please inform your tour guide or Youte representative immediately so the matter can be resolved promptly.

  8.2. We welcome your feedback and suggestions to help us improve our services.

  1. Privacy Policy:

9.1. Youte respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Photography and Marketing:

10.1 During the trip, Youte may reserve the right to take photographs or videos for marketing purposes. If you wish not to be included, kindly inform us in advance.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

11.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom/London.

11.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts United Kingdom, London.

By booking a tour with Youte, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your reference.
